Does Nectar Road need an internet connection?
No. The app works fully offline. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and nothing to sync — every stand, hive group, extraction and scale reading you log stays on your device.
Can I get my data back after deleting the app?
No. Because nothing is stored anywhere except your device, uninstalling the app removes its data permanently. There is no cloud backup to restore from.
How does the flow reader decide when a nectar flow is fading?
Each evening you log the control hive's scale weight. The app compares your last few days of gains against the strongest run of the last ten days, and projects roughly when the flow will run out based on the recent trend. It's a guide for planning the next move, not a substitute for your own judgment on the ground.
Why does a stand ask me about spray notices?
Farmers sometimes spray a crop while your hives are sitting on it. Logging the product name exactly as given, the date, and whether the bees were kept closed or moved keeps a clear record for that stand and can remind you ahead of the next spray window.
Does the bloom calendar cover my region?
It ships with two built-in reference sets: nectar plants for Ukraine and for Argentina, the latter on the Southern Hemisphere calendar. Switch between them from the Bloom tab.
