Summary
Nectar Road does not collect any data. The app has no account system, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no third-party SDKs, and makes no network requests of any kind. Everything you record — stands, spray notices, hive groups, extractions, scale readings, pinned plants and badge progress — stays in a local database inside the app's own storage on your device. It is never transmitted anywhere.

Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all of this data, since nothing is backed up to any server operated by us.
Camera and photo library
Nectar Road asks for camera access only when you choose to photograph a field or a written spray notice directly from within the app, and for photo library access only when you choose to pick an existing photo for the same purpose using the system photo picker. Photos you add are copied into the app's own storage and are never uploaded, shared with us, or used for any purpose other than showing them back to you inside the app.
Notifications
Nectar Road can send local reminders — an evening reminder to log the control hive's weight, a reminder ahead of a planned move, and a reminder ahead of a recorded spray-safety window. These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device using Apple's local notification framework. No push service or remote server is involved, and no data about you is sent to enable them.
No third parties
Nectar Road does not integrate any analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or other third-party software development kit. It does not communicate with any server, ours or anyone else's. Because no data is collected, none is shared, sold, or used for advertising, and none is retained by us in any form.
Children's privacy
Nectar Road is a professional record-keeping tool for beekeepers and is not directed at children. Since the app collects no data of any kind from anyone, it does not knowingly collect information from children either.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds a feature that collects data — the change will be reflected on this page and inside the app's own Settings → Privacy screen before that version is released.
